Wash dishes, utensils, and pots; clean kitchen and equipment
Refill water glasses and ice buckets
Clean windows and tables and chairs
Clean work areas
Clean floors, walls, and ceilings
Wash floors
Maintain sanitation and safety standards, compliance, and cleanliness
Establish, maintain, and beautify a clean, orderly, and sanitary work area and kitchen
Perform work duties that other employees cannot or would rather not do
Maintain production goals
High school diploma or GED.
Proven experience helping in kitchen settings.
A food handler's license.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.
Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
