Job Description:
•Must have previous experience working as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in 4 or 5-star Hotels
•Expertise in preparing various cuisine (Italian, Arabic, Lebanese, Indian, American and traditional food.
•Stay up to date with culinary trends , dish presentation and suggest innovative dishes or menu enhancements.
•Handle grocery shopping, using only the freshest, high-quality ingredients.
