Job Title: Maintenance Superintendent
Salary Package: Open for discussion
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in all disciplines
Must have at least 6 - 12 Years of related experience a training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Flowsereve or Ruhrpumpen experience is advantageous.
Bridge Crane (bucket)/Convey Truck experience is advantageous.
Expertise and Skills:
Operational characteristics, services and activities of assigned maintenance program.
Preventative and Corrective maintenance.
Maintenance scheduling.
Truck and equipment maintenance and repair.
Control management.
Work tree and inspection.
Contract writing and administration.
Budget preparation and control.
Client relations.
Supervision, training and performance evaluation.
Procurement procedures and contract management practices.
Knowledge including, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding and pneumatic and electronic controls.
Excellent Command of oral and written English Languages.
