Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist the manager with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the manager and intern parties, effectively communicating in both Arabic and English.
Doent Management: Prepare, translate, and proofread doents, emails, and reports in both languages.
Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and visas as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage files, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
Education: A diploma or certification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Working Conditions:
