Job Description

Position: Manager, Finance & Accounts

Vacancy:  1

Job Context:

The first contract will be for 2 years. Upon the performance of the candidate contract will be extended.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Planning: Develop tailored financial planning strategies for operations in Saudi Arabia.
Financial Analysis: Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts, monitor variances.
Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow, working capital, and banking services.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, establish internal controls.
Financial Statement Preparation: Ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits and implement corrective measures.
Tax Compliance: Prepare statutory financial reports and tax returns.
Accounting Policy and Standards: Establish and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
Internal Controls: Implement strong controls, conduct audits, and provide guidance.
Financial Systems Management: Oversee systems implementation and ensure data integrity.
Compliance Monitoring and Training: Monitor compliance, provide training, and address inquiries.

Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, accompanied by the successful completion of one or more of the following professional certifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
Chartered Accountant (CA),
Certified Management Accountant (CMA),
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Experience Requirements
10 Years or more working Experience where 5 Years or More Experience in Managerial Level in financial management & analysis and accounts field.

Additional Requirements
Age 35 to 45 years

Proficient in the use of Computers especially in using all Microsoft Applications, ERP-based Accounts applications, and in using all major accounts-related software.
Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is highly valued.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) certification shall be considered as an advantage.

Job Location
Anywhere in Saudi Arabia as per the directives of the Management

Salary : Negotiable and Payment in Saudi Riyal.
