Job Description:
The Marketing Speciali will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and attract new clients to our engineering consultation office. The role involves a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Marketing Strategies:
o Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the engineering consultation industry and target market.
o Identify opportunities to enhance the firm’s visibility and position in the market.
1. Content Creation and Management:
o Develop engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, and email newsletters.
o Manage the company's blog, social media profiles, and other digital platforms.
1. Lead Generation:
o Design and execute campaigns to attract and convert leads.
o Utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing to generate and nurture leads.
1. Local Marketing:
o Plan and implement local marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and local brand recognition.
o Coordinate community outreach, events, and partnerships to build relationships and enhance visibility.
1. Market Research:
o Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
o Analyze market data to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
1. Advertising and Promotion:
o Manage online and offline advertising efforts, including digital ads, print media, and outdoor advertising.
o Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

o Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing is a plus.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
o Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Skills:
o Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software).
