• To handle all administrative tasks delegated by management
• Payroll management: processing salaries and monitoring sick leaves, attendance and vacation on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To be the Liaison executer for operations with other department like HR, Marketing, Finance and IT.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies and external parities.
• Preparation of Financial Documents such as Invoices, Journal, Expense Voucher, PO, and Month end closing entries, Managing day to day Transaction and Filing System.
