1.Responsible for acquiring new projects and understanding of currently running projects.
2.Having experience in handling concerns of 150 to 200 workers working at different construction sites.
3.Maintain monthly targets and projections for efficient running.
4.Coordinating with Site Admins, Site HR Coordinators for daily timesheets of the workers. Forwarding the payroll details to the accounts department for preparing invoices to be sent to the clients.
5.Responsible for collection of payments
1.Local Experience of at least 1 year in a similar field is a must !!!
2.The candidate should be well versed in English, Malayalam & Hindi Language (Arabic is a bonus).
3.A driving license is a MUST!
