Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Also, our ideal candidate would have worked extensively in the foodservice sector with a successful track record. The candidate should have worked in the marketing of foodservice operators especially restaurants, casual dining, QSRS. They need to know how operators think and how they promote their business i.e. Menu Inspirations, customer loyalty programs, promotions and so on.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and translate into leads and business opportunities.
Social Media Presence:
1- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
2- Engage consumers on social media.
3- Deepen relationships with all relevant media platforms to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
4- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media releases.
Team Management:
1- Lead the marketing team by setting smart objectives, KPI, and tasks towards achieving the department objectives.
2- Responsible of team performance management in coordination with HR (appraisals, reviews, ongoing feedback..)
3- Responsible of identifying the team training needs and proposing the training plan to HR and management.
Community Responsibility (CSR) :End to end management of all social events (corporate, charity, community, environment..) making sure that the company’s mission is translated into action at all points of time.
Continuously innovate in building, maintaining, improving and broadcasting the company competitive advantage covering the company image, the employee value proposition, the exceptional servic capital that the company is proud of.
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
a. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
b. 5+ years' experience in marketing ideally in the food service sector.
c. Ability to multi-task.
d. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
e. Team Management skills.
f. Management of Marketing Budget in line with the company expectations.
g. Ability to travel across the region whenever required.
h. Knowledge of Saudi Market and key market players.
