Key Responsibilities:
· Understand the overall business and marketing strategy and create a marketing plan for the SH all division.
· Manage the monthly budget and report on the marketing spend.
· Manage, lead and motivate the marketing team
· Work collaboratively with top management and across sales to maximize resources.
· Create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more prospects
· Target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and leads.
· Analyses and reports on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.
Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Marketing agency experience is an advance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
•8+ years of marketing experience.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (both Arabic & English).
•Excellent project management skills
•Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Deep understanding of social media & Google Ads
