International Sport facility company run construction projects such as; soccer fields, playgrounds, tennis courts, or artificial turf mass landscapes, seek a Native Arabic Speaker Female, Part Time Receptionist / Adm Assistant with minimum 2 years’ experience in the UAE based in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Job Responsibilities:
• Highly committed, responsible and creative individual, have excellent interpersonal skills, and work well under pressure
• Ability to deal and communicate at all level
• A polite and friendly manner with good telephone etiquette, Deal with queries and Provide general information about products and services
• Greet persons entering organization
• Strong efficiency and punctuality, Good organizational skills
• General administrative and clerical support
• Prepare letters and documents i.e. Courier, etc. Receive and sort mails and deliveries
• Schedule appointments, Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
• Organize meetings
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Maintain office stationeries and consumables, pantry necessities.
• Administrative Assistant organized and has excellent computer skills in particular with MS office Application i.e. Excel, word to support the team with all admin related duties.
• Working closely with the team and providing support where needed
• Handling any other account, logistics, customer service, Project coordinator related duties as assigned
• Get customer information and add it to the system.
• Updating database frequently
• Prepare correspondence and documents if needed
• Maintain and organize marketing materials.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Client Follow Ups, Assist sales team
• Managing a client database and preparing reports.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• University graduate with pleasing personality
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in the UAE
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, Marketing, admin or in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS skills, word, Excel etc.
• Arabic, English, French communication skills is a must
• UAE Driving license is preferred
• Staying around Dubai Silicon Oasis preferred
• Having own visa.
• Overseas applicants would not be accepted.
• candidate must able to join immediately
