Job Description

Role: Office Administration Assistant
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: D-ring Road Doha.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Administrati administration: Handling filing and general office tasks to ensure smooth operations, processing invoices, expense reports and purchase orders.
-Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Data Entry: Inputting data accurately and efficiently into various systems and databases.
- Customer Service: Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.


Candidate Requirements

- Organised: Able to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working autonomously and taking initiative.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with common office technology and software.
