1. Person should have knowledge of Shipping doentation of containerized cargo, co-ordination with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, warehouses, Custom Authorities.2. Should have knowledge of handling Sal Contracts with Sell. Verification of Import shipment doents & preparation for Export shipment doentation including well versed in process of, CAD etc.3. Should have knowledge of LME rules for Base metal handling i.e. Copper, Nickel, Aluminium, Cobalt.4. Shipment tracking, maintaining Dai status report, other MIS reports as per management requirements.5. Proper maintenance of shipment doents (filing) and provide to Accounts and Audit team as and when required.6. Providing time to time cost estimation to finance team for prior arrangement of funds for timely payment and then co-ordinating with Selle for invoices and processing of payment for Shipment invoices, Charges of Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, warehouses and Customs Duties after taking proper approval from the management.
