We are looking for a male candidate with the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations (including use of E-Mirsal).
Knowledge of Import and Export documentation in a trading environment and ensure all documents meet regulations.
Keep track of the pre-alerts, original shipping documents & arrival dates. And ensure the shipment is cleared and delivered to our warehouse within the free storage period.
Execution of export documentation requirements for shipment from warehouse to destinations, which includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Advice, HS Codes, Transfer of Ownership, Letter of Credits, Certificate of Origin, MOFA legalization, and others.
Documentation and data entry for all shipments.
Responsible for delivery and collection of company-related documentation, bank payments, and deposits, pick off services for Senior Management, and all other driving-related administrative tasks.
The Candidate must have:-
Knowledge of International Expo Trade Documentation requirements Inco Terms, Documentation
Well versed in Online Customs Documentation / Clearances through E-MIRSAL.
Knowledge of Free zone, GCC Countries, and cross-stuffing Documentation.
