• Drafting entity formation documents
• Drafting organizational documents, including Articles of incorporation and name registration
• Drafting resolutions for board meeting minutes
• Preparing and filing annual repor
• Drafting board meeting minutes for bespoke corporate transactions
• Supporting corporate records maintenance and retention
• Preparing bespoke lists / legal structures
The ideal candidate should be:
Able to maintain confidentiality
Highly proficient in English
Able to work long hours (if needed), under a high-pressure environment
Flexible in handling multiple workstreams
