Job Summary:
The Patient Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing guidance, scheduling appointments, and supporting them throughout their journey at the clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and service-related concerns.
Coordinate and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and schedules with doctors or therapists.
Provide clear information to patients regarding procedures, pricing, and p instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Follow up with patients for reminders, feedback, and treatment outcomes.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist with insurance doentation or payment processes, if applicable.
Handle patient concerns or escalate them appropriately to ensure high satisfaction.
Ensure the reception area and patient lounge are well-maintained and presentable.
Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator or Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting (Aesthetics or Dermatology experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in clinic management systems and basic computer skills.
Presentable, professional, and confident demeanor.
