Our client is an established not for profit organisation based in Dubai who are looking for a Program Manager to join their motivated and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will proactively assist the Executive Directors, and the GCC team in the day to day running of and in particular with the delivery of all GCC programmes, contracts and projects. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Description:
Ensuring and assisting with the delivery of contracts to the highest standards, on time and within budget, including but not limited to tailored workshops, board evaluations and project work
Managing the annual calendar of open workshops, content and participants materials
Managing existing Programmes, content and participants materials
Assisting with the development of programmes and content for tailored workshops and forums and managing the participants materials
Assisting with Board evaluations preparation and delivery
Managing any research projects and surveys
Developing powerpoint presentations and reports
Keeping a database of all relevant laws and regulations
Responsible for the daily management of the contracts and key stakeholders, including arranging meetings and conference calls with clients and faculty, regular follow up and continuity, reporting and monitoring of progress
