Full Job description
The candidate will be acting as the company portfolio manager & intermediatery between landlords and tenants.
Duties & Responsibilities.
• Manage & arrange all properties under the company.
• Strong knowledge about RERA laws, rules & regulations.
• Act as the company representative to landlords & property owners.
• Maintain strong & pleasent relation with landlords & property management groups.
• Handling the CRM portals & company listings.
• Approve & Assist the agents on creating quality listings.
• Calling Landlords, checking availability, and arranging appointments for viewings with agents.
• Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
• Produce sales and listing reports, presentations etc.
• Compose, edit and draft addendum, and property-related contracts
• manage & Cordinate the admin team on day to day responsibilities & duties
• Cordinate with the media team & make sure all the hot properties are posted in social media.
• Meeting Landlords & investors on behalf of the company to avail properties.
• Analyzing client’s & agents requirements and suggest them property options based on the inventory
• Having strong knowledge in real estate market & range of prices in key locations.
Qualifications.
• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Expert in MS Office Suite applications.
• Experience on CRM and portals.
• Must have Real Estate Property Listing Experience in Dubai.
• Excellent English communication skills, smart and very presentable.
• Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms
• Experience in day to day operations of office
• Must have 2 years real estate experience
• A Valid UAE Driving license preferred.
