Duties and responsibilities
•Learn the company's products and services offerings, features, and pricing
•Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives
•Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
•Work with the marketing team to ensure collaboration
•Stay up to date with the industry situation and benchmarks
•Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
•Attend educational seminars and conferences.
•Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives.
•Identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
•Monitor competition.
•Find prospective customers and new target segments.
•Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Qualifications:
•2 years experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in off-plan and secondary
•Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
•Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
•Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Team player
•Good time-management skills
•Great interpersonal and communication skills
