Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field

Company activities are Floor Screed, Waterproofing, MMA flooring, Epoxy coating etc.
· Review the architectural drawings and prepare quantity take-off and BOQ.
· Should have very good knowledge of subcontract agreements
· Should have very good knowledge about shop drawings and preparation of shop drawings.
· Should be able to estimate marital consumption and cost.
· Preparation of monthly claims, follow up and get it successfully certified by the client.
· Review and certify Subcon claims.
· Co-ordinate with clients, arrange meetings and solve discrepancies.
· Identify and follow up on the variation claims, and take approval.
· Coordinate with the site team, and ensure everything is executed per contract terms.
· All posting in the system needs to be done on time, and make sure the reports are correct and submit to the management on time.

•Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
