We are looking for a qualified real estate agent who will be responsible for our real estate business.

• You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.

• You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.

• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

• Maintain and update listings of available properties

• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties

• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages

• Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

• Develop content for sales presentations and other materials

• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

• Contact property owners

• Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers

• Attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets

• Inspect condition of premises and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.

• Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients
