• As a Real Estate Broker, you will generate new property listings to find new tenants or buyers through property portals or through your own network.
• You will speak to owners to get their property information or find out if they interested to lease or sell their properties.
• Do a proper follow up to owners regarding the status of the leasing or selling process until the deal close
• Follow up on all the leads received from Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut etc.
• Registering new Landlor from both cold calling and new inquiries to the CRM
• Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties according to their requirements
• Consistent in Closing deals, with a Sales Track Record
