Roles & Responsibilities
•Oversee and manage all real estate transactions, including leasing and sales.
•Develop and maintain relationships with clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf.
•Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients.
•Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
•Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers and tenants.
•Conduct property showings and answer questions from interested parties.
•Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.
•Review contracts and legal doents to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
Requirements:
• Native English Speaker
• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Market
• Expertise in Off Plan and Secondary Market
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Exceptional People and Communication Skills
• Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills
