- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and competition.
- Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Attend open houses and property viewings to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay current on industry regulations, best practices, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- 1-2 Years Real estate Agent Experience: Showcase your track record of success as a salesperson, highlighting your achievements in UAE - Mandatory
- Strong communication skills : English – Mandatory. Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
