Key Responsibilities
•Market and sell premium seafront properties and developments from top UAE developers.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Conduct property viewings, provide expert advice on property investments, and facilitate negotiations and sales transactions.
•Stay updated with the latest market trends, property developments, and regulations in the UAE real estate market.
•Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and digital marketing platforms.
•Manage listings, create marketing strategies, and ensure properties are effectively promoted to target clients.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the UAE market (experience with luxury or waterfront properties is a strong plus).
•Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Dubai’s seafront developments.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Self-driven with a passion for real estate and a desire to achieve exceptional sales results.
•Valid UAE real estate license (RERA certification if available).
