Main Responsibilities
- To increase customer satisfaction by providing great service
- Manage online booking
- Communicate all deals and promotions with the guest and Students
- Create a good relationship with the Student inhouse and the hotel guest
- Manage all complains and difficult requests from guest and Student
- Manage the reception Shift when operation manager is absent
- Young and Dynamic
- Have a previous experience in a hotel as receptionist or guest relation
- Good command of English language and Arabic is an advantage
- Able to work different shifts
