- Secure the projected sales targets and branch financial performance by ensuring effective implementation & follow up for the sales process (cross-selling, up-selling and suggestive selling - promotional advice & sales initiatives), in addition to stock management (inventory count - COGs - Par level setting & monitoring).
- Lead the team (BOH - FOH) through effective task delegation, team coaching & development, performance appraisal & feedback to ensure a high-performing & healthy culture in the branch.
