We’re seeking an energised, positive upbeat personality who has a passion for providing impeccable customer service and ensuring that our customers enjoy a golf retail shopping experience unlike anything else.
Your responsibilities:
As a sales assistant you are available to support the management team, drive sales and achieve KPIs. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of golf merchandise and will be responsible for fielding questions and providing recommendations to customers, ensuring top-notch customer service. You will develop strong communications skills and build and maintain relationships with members and guests at the facility.
In addition, you will:
> Keep current with product information, merchandise promotions, latest equipment technologies and seasonal apparel assortments;
> Carry out floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and resets, pricing and inventory;
> Provide comprehensive key product information to customers;
> Coordinate custom fitting sessions and explain the fitting process to customers where required;
> Carry out stocktake and regular inventory checks;
> Ensure the highest standard of product display and merchandise presentation in store.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in retail (preferably golf but not essential), have a bright outlook and bring a positive energy to the retail floor.
