Location: Ghala, Sultanate of Oman
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet customers and assist them in selecting tiles and sanitaryware that suit their needs.
2. Provide expert product knowledge, advice, and recommendations.
3. Handle inquiries, quotes, and follow-up on customer orders.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
5. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
6. Manage customer records and transactions, including payments and invoicing.
Requirements:
1. Any bachelor’s degree
2. We prefer experienced sales candidates, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or home improvement; however, freshers can also apply.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Arabic and Hindi.
4. Must be available in Oman with NOC
5. Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
6. Valid driving license issued in Oman
