Visiting potential customers in designated region in daily basis and generate sales lead
Creating a database of customers
Doing market study of the products and the competitors and submitting it to the management every month
Maintaining and developing good relationship with existing customers
Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Acting as a main contact between the company and its existing and potential Customer
Listening to customer requirements and suggest the right applications
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide to customers the quotation on time
Negotiating on price, delivery, and specifications with the customers.
Negotiating the terms and conditions and closing the sales
Recording and monitoring the enquiry, quotations, sales, and order information
Following up with the stores for the delivery of material to the customer
Following up the customer for the payment and other necessary doents
Preparing the Weekly plans for visiting customers with the guidance of the Sales Manager / Management.
Submitting Weekly sales visit report to the Sales Manager / Management.
Submitting the outstanding report every Saturday
Attending weekly sales training, meeting and sharing best practice with the sales team
Gathering market and customer information and submitting it to the Sales Manager / Management every month.
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Informing the clients for the forthcoming products development
Requirements
Bachelors Degree (BE, EEE, DME)
Sales Experience: 5 years
Languages: English and Hindi
Communication Skills
Driving Licence (Preferably)
Excellent customer service Skills
Outstanding Interpersonal Skills
Organizational Skills and Teamwork
