Role Summary
•Serve as the first line of contact with the customer to action order changes, expedites and resolve order discrepancies, charge backs and payment issues.
•Manage incoming calls, emails, orders, and customer servi inquiries
•Prepare sales-related documents such as contracts and orders.
•Prepare sales quotes for new business and add-on transactions.
•Initiate and process requests for credits, debits and sales related documents.
•Maintain CRM data integrity.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
•3+ years’ experience in retail or consumer goods retail, wholesale, or trading experience.
•Strong experience in sales support, customer service and order processing with a sense of urgency, accuracy and strong customer focus.
•Proficient use of MS office -Microsoft Excel ,PowerPoint and Word
•Ability to prioritize to meet business needs; flexible to support sales cycles and volume demands.
Candidate Profile
•Currently living in the UAE – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
•Fluency in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as this is a client facing role.
Education
•Bachelor’s degree
