The Sales Coordinator helps increase the productivity of the Sales team by coordinating its various activities - quoting to qualified leads, follow up, delivery coordination, reporting, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations for the Lighting Division
• Preliminary follow-up with customers and sales team.
• Coordinate with Suppliers and Delivery team to ensure smooth processing of orders
• Liaise with Stores and suppliers to arrange product samples along and maintain accurate records of the same
• Interact with customers, when needed, to clarify doubts related to products, documentation, process, etc.
Skills required:
• Basic knowledge of Lighting industry and products in U.A.E.
• Organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication; written and verbal
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are a benefit
• Multitasking
• Courteousness
• Customer service mindset
• Good with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowing AutoCAD is an added benefit
• Driving License (not required, but preferred)
