Job Description

Ø Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
Ø Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Ø Market monitoring & analyse Approved vendor list
Ø Identifying right needs
Ø Converting needs into clear specifications
Ø Reach potential vendors
Ø Handle & manage RFQ’s and Selecting the right supplier
Ø Obtaining and evaluating quotations
Ø Compare and evaluate technical offer from suppliers
Ø Negotiation for price and other terms and conditions
Ø Purchase Order preparation and approval
Ø Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Ø Review the Quality of purchased products and material inspection
Ø Maintain internal database for order processing
Ø Review Payment terms with supplier & customers
Ø Supplier relationship management
Ø Provide support to project cost control in procurement related activities
Ø Coordinate with Manufacturer -Supplier – Customer (Mainly ADNOC Prequalification team)
Ø Execute meeting with different manufactures around the world and identify the product requirement
Ø Execute meeting for the product Prequalification ( Mainly ADNOC)
Ø Prepare Product prequalification Procedure and analyse submitted documents via ARIBA
Ø Coordinate with Clients and execute work based on Contract for our principal (exclusive products only).
Ø Registration and pre qualification via ARIBA


Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Chemical sales with ADNOC group.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
