Main Responsibilities
- In-charge of increasing the rooms revenue and occupancy of the Hotel and Student Residence
- Plan visits and meetings with potential client
- Negotiate Contract and deals with client and companies
- Implement sales strategy and action plan to increase business leads and production
- Conducts on-site client inspections
- Coordinates activities related to booked business with other departments
- Ensures maximum occupancy on a daily basis by performing follow ups on progress of groups and other business booked
- Increases sales volume and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market areas as stated in the business plan.
- Conducts market analysis to determine guest needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc…
- Communicates requests for special accommodation
- Ensure all reservations are tracked correctly for statistical purposes
- Good communication Skills
- Knowledge of Student accommodation sales and business
- Confident proactive sales that can penetrate the market
- Arabic Speaking
- Flexible with working hours
