- Implements all sales action plans related to the marketing area as outlined in the Business Plan.
- Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts and prospects accounts within the market area.
- Arrange site inspections and entertainment related to the market.
- Develops and maintains the potential client’s database and ensure proper doentation of accounts activities.
- Maintains high level of exposure in the hotel through direct sales solicitations, telephone contacts and written communications.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Submit weekly sales activity report to the Manager.
- Establishes and monitor a Monthly Sales Report.
- Attends at the start of functions related to accounts handled.
- Interacts and liaise closely with Front Office, Reservations and Food & Beverage Department
- Generate leads within the entrusted accounts portfolio for the different business aspects i.e. (Long term stays and rooms bookings), constant follow-up of tentati groups to secure confirmation.
- Implements special programmes to achieve greater productivity.
- Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Business Plan objectives are achieved.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field, preferably at a 4* star hotel
- Degr in Hotel Management / Business Administration
- Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
- Fluency in English, written & spoken
- Must have valid UAE Driving License
