We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent
communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. As a Sales Executive at
Sacred Lands Group, you will be key in driving sales growth, developing new business
opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and cultivate new sales leads through
networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing
exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry
trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, providing detailed
information and answering any questions from potential buyers.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms and
conditions for both the company and clients.
Doentation: Prepare and manage all necessary doentation for property
transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing
to the overall growth and success of the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop
effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and
transaction details in the company’s CRM system.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related
discipline is preferred.
Licensing: Valid real estate license as required by the state.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and
