Job description
The Sales Representative will identify and generate new sales opportunities, manage and nurture client relationships, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads:
Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and present proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
Customer Service and Support:
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sale support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of produc.
Reporting and Doentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry/sector].
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
