1- Direct the Sales team for achieving the set targets, industry wise.
2- Securing New contracted business in present business line i.e. (Warehousing, 3PL Logistics, Freight Forwarding, etc)
3- Identify potential markets for the diversification of business activities within GCC.
4-Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the Unit.
5- Establish & define marketing plans & Strategies for different markets where logistics services are required.
