• Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy in knowledge and use of the Navision ERP system as a “Point-of-Sale” system for entering and handling customer orders including searching for basic product and delivery information
• High level of after sales service by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries and claim handling. Offer customers complete and professional interior decoration solutions for their homes based on the Company guidelines
• Help customer with any queries they may have related to brand and products, high level of product knowledge including target groups, the product range, customization and selling arguments.
