Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities “TDR”:
•Present, promote and sell produc using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existi customers to meet their needs.
•Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
•Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
•Analyze the territo potential, track sales and status reports.
•Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities “KSA”:
•Minimum Bachelor degree.
•4+ years’ experience.
•Exceptional customer service skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
•Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
•Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
