• Performing cold calls from a script to designated segment for designated line of business
• Looking after all warranty renewals within KIT's line of business and other partners install base as well.
• Follow up with the existing renewal quotations.
• Being a single point of contact for Renewals.
• Preparing a weekly report including update for renewals open opportunities.
• Monitor the expiry date into our new CRM System.
• Tracking our renewals achievements with all Renewals Team in Monthly base.
• Visit customers if needed to close the deal or explain the value of different level of support with help of Pre-sales if required.
• Work with Enterprise and Clients team to get access into their accounts to discuss more renewals and services business.
Education - Bachelors Degree

• Knowledge on latest IT Hardware Trends- Enterprise Solutions (Servers, Networking, Storage, IT Security, etc)
• Active B2B sales process awareness.
