-Customers
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Respond to customers; questions and inquiries regarding available products.
-Provide detailed information regarding the brand, in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
-Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guiding them with the usage of the products, as required.
-Encourage customers to make additional purchases, to ensure that sales targets are met.
-Ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
-Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.
-Understands and promotes company programs.
-Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.
-Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.
-Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
-Performs other assignments as required from the management.

-Meeting Sales Targets

Qualification:
-A college level or equivalent is a MUST. Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
-(0-1) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
-(0-1) years previous experience in cosmetics and skin care products.
-(0-1) years in retail, sales and marketing.
