You are fully responsible to make sure that the Sales & Marketing team under you and meet the set targets and your key responsibilities would include the following:
· To study the market for new plastic opportunity and to make sales & marketing strategies for the company.
· To expand the product range and include new products if they are feasible.
· Identifying potential business deals by approaching the potential customers and following a systematic and coordinated approach in closing the business deals.
· To establish a strong sales and marketing team and to share knowledge with the team
· To train and motivate the sales and marketing team and to develop effective negotiation strategies.
· To achieve the target sales for the respective period.
· To report to the management on weekly progress of the sector.
· To report to the management a weekly variance report against the target sales.
· To review the volume discounts and promotion policies of this sector at regular intervals
· To collect the dues on time from the customers.
· To Develop and maintain a solid customer base for this sector.
· To attend customer inquiries, customer complaints and get customer feedback at regular intervals.
· To participate in exhibitions and promotional events related to this sector.
· To Co-ordinate between the sales team and the accounts team on a regular basis.
· Any introduction of new product to the range should be supported by a feasibility study and to be prior approved by the Sector He.
· Any other job assigned by your superior from time to time.
