Serving the Customer - Support in Install, deliver, move and pickup the vending equipment to minimize customer downtime - Educate customers on Products, basic equipment repair and up-keep procedures to minimize avoidable calls. -
Performing preventive maintenance, filling the machines with products, collection of money. - Collect accurate and complete customer information -
Prioritize and schedule equipment moves on a daily basis to meet customer’s windows -
Operator doesn’t move the machine only assists the delivery team in installation & pickups arrangements with the delivery team Planning Development and Execution -
Install, deliver, move and pickup the vending equipments in a cost effective and in timely manner if required. -
Follow a daily journey plan to be efficient in machine time to serve -
Monitor machines performance & recommend relocation for non performing machines -
Report any missi machines - Maintain good relation with customers & deliver high level of service -
Rotate the stocks to ensure no expiry and Inventory record maintenance -
Follow standard procedures for handling food items. -
Inspect machines and meters to determine causes of malfunctions and fix minor problems - Contact superior or make arrangements for the removal of machines in cases where major repairs are required. Solving Problems - Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity. - Attend Customer complains at all times.
