The successful candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing doents.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails.
The Secretary will assist in maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
