MASTER MOVES CHESS CLUB is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to assist in managing day-to-day tasks and supporting the club’s operations. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Some of what you will do on a daily basis.
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
Handle administrative tasks, emails, and doent organization
Assist with event planning, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with staff, coaches, and external stakeholders
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and handle urgent matters efficiently
Requirements:
Prior experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Interest in chess is a plus!
