Job Description

I have with more than 10 years hands on experience in Interior & Project Management Encompassing, Project Monitoring & Execution, Cost Control, Site Administration and Relationship Management.
- Experience in handling and Execution of interior Fit-out project, particularly specialized interior of Restaurant, Shops, Offices and Residential Apartments Etc.
- Strong negotiation & analytical skills with the ability to network with Project Members, Consultants, Coordinator, Sub-Contractors with consummate ease. I have Valid UAE Driving License (Manual)

 Acting as the main technical adviser onsite for everyone involved in the project;
 Developing long-team relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
 Coordinating with Project Manager to determine scope of work and plan equipment and material needs;
 Checking plans, drawings and quantities, for accuracy of calculations and Site Measurement Details;
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force with the support of the Site Supervisor and the work of subcontractors ;
 Daily make all work project schedule and work progress of the site, reporting operation department Team and client ;
 Monitoring timesheets and timekeeping.
 Drawing study with BOQ;
 Project planning with planning dept.
 Preparation & submission of work method statements.
 Meeting with clients, Consultan Designers.
 Material and mock-up approvals.
 Team management.
 Communicating with clients and attending regular meetings, to keep them informed on progress.
 Material quality check at site before installation.
 Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
 Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety & selecting tools and materials.
 Submission of completion certificate for each area on time.
 Regularly preparing work progress report and attending to meeting with all the concerned bodies.
 Installation of Self Leveling, Vinyl Flooring, carpet roll, carpet tile, wall paper, PVC flooring and interior work.
 Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

I have completed my Graduation in (Bachelor of Science- Industrial Electronics) in the year 2005 Bharathidasan University Trichy, in India. I have the knowledge in the software packages such as AUTOCAD and MS Office enhances me to study. The Project Management Encompassing, Project Monitoring & Execution, Cost Control, Site Administration and Relationship Management.
