Educational Qualifications:
Engineers with full time B. Tech degree in Engineering with minimum experience of 5 – 10 years in concept design, Feed and details design of EPC, Oil & Gas, Refineri plants.
Job Description
· Proficient with Instrumentation and Control engineering design standards related to the oil and gas industry and relevant International Standards.
• Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform complex technical and administrative tasks relative to the design and coordination of specialized controls and instrumentation systems.
• Provide technical input and review of the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of facilities.
· Address technical issues arising in all phases of the project development related to Instrumentation & Process Control parts of the facilities.
• Responsible for project development: engineering studies, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail designs, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, and startup.
• Familiar with the typical software packages that are used for Instrument and Controls engineering design
• To provide direction and guidance on all Instrument and Controls engineering technical queries raised by either internal or external parties
• To liaise with the Client s Engineering, Operations and Maintenance staff as required to ensure a consistent approach to project completion.
• Develop data sheets, instrument sizing, and prepare material requisitions for all instrument items including Control Valves, Relief Valves, Flow elements, Level instruments, Temperature instruments, Analyzers and DCS / ESD / F&G systems
• Review other discipline drawings such as Equipment datasheet
· Prepare and check all Instrument drawings / doents and ensure that the quality of design and drawings produced for enquiry and fabrication purposes is of satisfactory standard.
· Manage the instrumentation and controls engineering, design and EPC team.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Candidate should have experience in concept design, Feed and details design of EPC, Oil & Gas, Refineri plants.
· Immediate Joiner required.
