5. To issue stock items based on requisitions approved by appropriate authority.
6. To avoid shortage, excess and non moving items
7. To maintain the standard records pertaining to receipt, storing, issuing and other applicable records mentioned in the relevant Quality Assurance Procedures.
8. To report any non-conformity identified during receiving inspection.
9. To maintain high degree of security to ensure the protection of stock items.
10. To comply with hygiene procedures and rules on all items received, stored and issued.
11. To supervise, train and control reporting personnel.
12. To ensure the high standard of cleanliness in Stores, Chillers and Freezers.
