Taxi Driver
We are seeking an experienced and personable Taxi Driver to join our team. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality transportation to passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey. Your duties will include:
- Picking up passengers from designated locations and transporting them to their desired destinations.
- Taking reservations from central dispatch and providing rides for walk-up passengers on the street.
- Recording any vehicle issues or incidents that occur during the journey.
- Having a thorough knowledge of the local area and being able to navigate various routes and traffic conditions efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for passengers.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
- Managing payment transactions with passengers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience driving professionally.
- Knowledge of the greater geographic area.
- Ability to route around traffic congestion on the fly.
- Strong customer service skills.
